These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Glidefeed mobile application ("App") and related website ("Service") operated by Glidefeed ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using Glidefeed, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Glidefeed is a local-first email client for mobile platforms. It connects to your existing email accounts (e.g., Gmail, iCloud, Outlook) using standard IMAP/SMTP protocols and OAuth 2.0 authentication. Glidefeed does not host, relay, or store your emails on any server we operate. Email data resides on your device unless you choose to use an optional provider-backed feature.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Glidefeed. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of the email accounts you connect to Glidefeed. We authenticate through your email provider's OAuth flow and never see or store your email password. You can revoke Glidefeed's access at any time through your email provider's security settings (e.g., Google Account → Security → Third-party apps).
When you connect a Google account, Glidefeed requests the following OAuth scopes:

The Glidefeed name, logo, and App design are the intellectual property of Glidefeed. You may not use our branding without prior written permission. Your email content remains entirely yours — we claim no ownership or license over it.
Glidefeed offers optional AI-powered features (e.g., email summaries, draft suggestions) using third-party AI services. When you use these features:

You may request deletion of any data we hold by emailing privacy@glidefeed.com. We will process requests within 30 days.
Glidefeed is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Email delivery, sync reliability, and availability depend on your email provider and network conditions, which are beyond our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glidefeed shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, missed emails, or inability to access your email accounts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and notify you via an in-app notice. Continued use of Glidefeed after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
