Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Glidefeed native applications and web app ("App"), and related website (together, the "Service") operated by Speedy Labs LLC (Speedy Labs Limited Liability Company) ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using Glidefeed, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

The native Glidefeed apps connect directly to Gmail through Google OAuth and keep the working mailbox cache on your device. Native mailbox content is not sent to Glidefeed servers. Glidefeed on the web (app.glidefeed.com) connects through our servers, which hold the working mailbox cache and encrypted Gmail tokens as described in our Privacy Policy.

Supported Apple and Android versions may offer optional Post-Quantum End-to-End Encryption for compatible one-to-one text messages. The feature is off by default and each participant turns it on in Settings. The feature uses X-Wing (ML-KEM-768 + X25519) for hybrid post-quantum message confidentiality and Ed25519 for sender authentication. Group mail, attachments, unsupported operating-system versions, and recipients without a compatible verified encryption key are outside that encrypted message format. Availability is not a promise of interoperability across every Glidefeed platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Glidefeed. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the Service.

3. Your Account & Credentials

You are responsible for maintaining the security of the Gmail account you connect to Glidefeed. We authenticate through Google's OAuth flow and never see or store your Gmail password. You can revoke Glidefeed's access at any time through your Google Account security settings.

4. Google API Services

Glidefeed requests Google permissions for the features you choose. Gmail connection is separate from optional Contacts, Gmail settings and Calendar access. You can decline optional access and continue using features you have already authorized. The scopes used across supported clients are:

• Google account identity (openid, https://www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.email and https://www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.profile): Used to sign in and display the identity of your connected accounts.
• Gmail mailbox access (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.modify): Used to fetch, display, search, sync, compose, send, and manage Gmail messages within the app.
• Gmail basic settings access (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.settings.basic): Requested separately for visible Gmail settings features such as managing your vacation responder and supported signature editing.
• Google contact suggestions (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/contacts.readonly): Requested incrementally only when you enable compose contact suggestions through the Google People API.
• Native Google Calendar read access (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.calendarlist.readonly and https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events.readonly): Requested incrementally when you choose to show Google Calendar data.
• Web Google Calendar read access (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.readonly): Used by the optional web Calendar connection to read calendars and events through the web app's server.
• Google Calendar event access (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events): Supports event creation, editing and deletion. On iOS, write access is requested when you save an event change if it has not already been granted; read access is sufficient to view the agenda. The optional web Calendar connection requests read and event-write access together.

Glidefeed's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

• We only use Google user data to provide user-facing email, contact suggestions, Calendar and Gmail settings features you choose in the app.
• The native apps connect directly to Google. The web app transfers and stores Google user data through Glidefeed servers to provide the features you request, as described in our Privacy Policy.
• We do not use Google user data for advertising or to develop, improve or train generalized, non-personalized AI or machine-learning models.
• Humans do not read your Google user data unless you give explicit consent, it is necessary for security purposes, or it is required by law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Glidefeed to send spam, phishing emails, or any unsolicited bulk communications.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data or to our systems.
• Use the App in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

6. Intellectual Property

The Glidefeed name, logo, and App design are the intellectual property of Glidefeed. You may not use our branding without prior written permission. Your email content remains entirely yours — we claim no ownership or license over it.

7. Data Retention & Deletion

Storage and deletion depend on the platform you use:

• Native on-device data: Use Remove Account in the app to remove the active connection and account-specific caches, and follow the choices shown for any scheduled messages or drafts you want to keep. Uninstalling removes the app's local container, subject to any device backups you separately maintain; credentials stored in Apple Keychain may remain after an uninstall. Removing local data does not delete the original messages, contacts or events held by Google.
• Web account data: The web app holds account data and a working mailbox cache on Glidefeed servers. Uninstalling a native app does not delete that data. Our Privacy Policy describes the stored data, protections, and deletion requests.
• Diagnostics: Some app versions save limited crash or performance details locally on your device without mailbox or account content. They are not uploaded automatically, and you decide whether to share diagnostic details when contacting support.
• Support and waitlist email: If you email us, we retain the message, any attachment you choose to send, and the app/device details shown in an in-app feedback draft only as needed to respond, manage the waitlist, or satisfy legal obligations.

You may request deletion of any data we hold by emailing privacy@glidefeed.com. We will process requests within 30 days.

8. Disclaimers

Glidefeed is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Email delivery, sync reliability, and availability depend on your email provider and network conditions, which are beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glidefeed shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, missed emails, or inability to access your email accounts.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and notify you via an in-app notice. Continued use of Glidefeed after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
